**Responsibilities:** 

- Assist with ADL's and IDAL's

- Provide companionship

-  Medication reminders,

- Maintain a safe environment.

- Communicate Pt changes to supervisor

 **Requirements:** 

 -Compassion for seniors

 -Empathy for others

 - Proven caregiving experience

 - Self starter

 - Highly motivated

-  Leadership

 - Reliable and punctual

 - Dependable transportation

 - Successful background check and drug screening

- CPR / Firstaid

- Finger print clarence card

-  Caregiver / CNA / LNA
